Animaniacs. How's that for a nostalgic gem?
My favorite segments were, "Slappy Squirrel," "The Warners," "Pinky and the Brain" (before they got their own spin off and weren't part of Animaniacs anymore, thought they were still good after), and "Rita and Runt."
