Does bass count? I mean he is a robot and a boss, but the only thing he is master of is being an utter douche about everything. And being the strongest, but megaman beats him senseless everytime so... Anywho.

I see. That is what i thought. Retract protoman... Well actually he is only a "boss" in two games that i remember. But yea....
Protoman is awesome!
Lets see, powered up iceman is great, cause he has split personality disorder,
Oilman cause he is a racial slur.
And time man cause he can "control" time, which is always useful.
